Stuff the Bus

Join us for Stuff the Bus, our biggest fundraiser of the year, dedicated to collecting diapers, pull-ups, and wipes for families in need. Held every September, this year’s event will take place on September 21st at the Lacey Target parking lot. This community-driven event brings together local organizations, volunteers, and generous donors to fill an Intercity Transit bus with diapers.

Why Participate?

• Impact: We currently distribute 19,000 diapers each month and serve over 1,000 babies and toddlers in our community and surrounding counties.

• Community Engagement: Activities include a Home Depot kids' building table, appearances by the Lacey Police and Fire Departments, and fun for the whole family. This event is a fantastic opportunity to unite the community in support of a vital cause.

• Statistics: In Thurston County, nearly 1 in 3 families struggle to afford diapers. Low-income families can spend up to 14% of their income on diapers alone, often forcing them to make difficult choices between diapers and other necessities like food and utilities.

Your Impact: Your donation supports families in our community and surrounding counties that experience diaper need, ensuring that no child goes without essential supplies. By participating, you help alleviate the financial burden on low-income families, allowing them to focus on other critical needs.

• $1,000 Sponsorship: Large logo on flyers, name on t-shirts, social media shout-out, and logo on website.

• $500 Sponsorship: Medium logo on flyers and banners, name on t-shirts, social media shout-out, and logo on website.

• $250 Sponsorship: Medium logo on flyers, social media shout-out, and logo on website.
